Mary P. Bondar works closely with the Communications and Outreach Manager to plan and execute the organization’s internal and external communication and outreach activities to maximize exposure in target markets. She believes that it is crucial to have a deep connection with the public because when it comes to conserving private rangeland, few people are aware of how it impacts them directly. Mary is thrilled to join the communications team at the California Rangeland Trust because she wants to help people make their own connections to our precious open spaces.
Before joining the Rangeland Trust, Mary supported the External Affairs Department at California Prison Industry Authority where she planned events, managed social media channels, and wrote for media publications. Prior to that, she supported marketing efforts for SAFE Credit Union. Mary is a public relations professional who has landed coverage in print and broadcast outlets throughout the nation, including KVIE’s Rob on the Road, National Correctional Industries Association, FOX40, AG Daily, BEEF Magazine and the Patch. She holds a BA in Mass Media Communications and Business Marketing from California State University, Sacramento and is a member of Sacramento Public Relations Association.
