It has been said the ‘West was won,’ but we now understand that our Western ethics continue to be shaped by cattlemen and cattlewomen who care for the land. These stewards, who are striving to pass Western values and ranching traditions on to the next generation, now need your assistance. As a member of the Rangeland Trust, your support will play an important role in protecting many of our state’s most valued resources: productive rangeland, clean water, open space and wildlife habitat. A growing body of scientific research shows that intact, working ranches are crucial puzzle pieces holding together an increasingly fragmented landscape. Your membership gift will make certain that these rangelands – and the stewardship of the ranchers who care for them – will be forever protected. Annual membership term extends January 1 - December 31. You will receive a membership renewal notice each September.
